Which treatments should I choose?

What if I have special health conditions?
Please notify a spa professional of any health conditions when scheduling your appointment. If necessary you can request a mini check-up with the staff doctor.
May I request a specifically male or female therapist?
Yes, of course, although we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist or gender. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly to respect and protect your privacy at all times.
What do I wear?
All guests must wear bathing suits in the Thermal Area; no nudity is allowed. For your Spa treatment, wear what is most comfortable for you. Our staff will provide you with disposable undergarments for use during body treatments.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave all valuables in your room safe or in the changing room lockers. The Spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
As our spa runs on a schedule of reservations, arriving late may affect the duration of your treatment. Depending on the extent of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a No-Show. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment or it will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged 50%.

How early do I need to check in for my scheduled appointment?
Early is always better. At the Beauty Salon, we recommend checking in 5 minutes prior to your appointment. At The Spa, we ask that you check in 10 minutes early to allow enough time to get your locker assignment, change comfortably into your robe, and relax for a few minutes before your spa treatment begins. If possible, we suggest you arrive either one hour or 30 minutes prior to your treatment to take advantage of our luxurious Marine Hydrotherapy Circuit, which includes a reflexology walk, sauna, original steam bath, ice water plunge pool, water massage beds, Swan neck water massages, a relaxation area and much more.

Should I take any precautions?
We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service, heat treatments, exercise classes and whirlpools. Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment. Sunburn may limit your enjoyment of your spa treatments; we would remind you to please be conscientious in using sun protection.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the Spa fees and may not be charged to your room. Gratuities are appreciated in cash only please.

What about payment for spa services?
The Spa is able to charge spa services to your room account. Guests may also pay in cash or credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
