Hi i would say you would be better at Riviera Maya Excellence rather that Playa Mujeres i have been to both resorts numerous times and found Riviera Maya a lot more sedate on an evening and a much older crowd, you do not want to be in Cancun at all really as its very lively, Hope this helps
