Very true…if an upgrade happens…I say..enjoy it..it is your time….and it is great that not just returning guests, but also first timers get to experience them…in many special ways…so we all have our own magic…there is no excuse for rudeness and ignorance; however, those type guests just don’t act like that on vacation….unfortunately!

John how is SSS? will be going back to ERC in 41 days love the hotel love, love love the staff but never have had an upgrade but always treated very well, looking for somewhere different for sept thinking about the secrets resorts??
