Hi Katura—the weather was great apart from the storm and the whole place is amazing—great restaurants, excellent staff and superb accommodation—just remember it is your holiday and the food is served to allow you to take time and enjoy it—some comments on trip advisor seem as if they want a McDonalds type of service!!
We have been to this resort twice in recent years as well as their resorts in Riviera Cancun and Dominican Republic–these are by far the best of others we have been to in the Caribbean.
Just got back yesterday from 2 weeks at El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya—it was very good but EPM is much better
