Thank you for your compliments.. Please express to Esperanza, the concierge host for Excellence Club members that we appreciate all she’s done to assure our comfort and requests were met. She is definitely a plus in our decision of returning real soon, hopefully Jan 2013. Also please tell Robert and Yanell the guys at the pool and beach they were awesome and can’t wait to be spoiled again with there awesome hospitality and incredible tropical drinks.. LOL..
