I’m sure you will have a great time, only thing i’m not looking forward to is the 10 hour flight from the UK

10 hour flight!! Yikes…That is aweful, the only thing bad during our first trip was actually on the way home. We didn’t know it was a 3 flight change! We started at Cancun, then Texas and finally Colorado to Sacramento with a 2hour drive home at 1am. We were so tired that we didn’t even talk on the way….LOL
No worries though once you two get there you’ll have so much fun and enjoy it that the flight won’t matter..

Bring a copy of your marriage certificate and let the reservations staff know in advance you’re honeymooning. They’ll set up some treats for you. Dinners at EPC are always great, but they will do a special romantic table with a little extra attention for you on the night you choose. My wife and I like to spend mornings by the pool under a shady cabana with the ocean breeze just behind us. A drink at the lobby Martini Bar before dinner is a pleasure, either talking with interesting people at the bar or sunk down in the big sofas around the lobby listening to music. Last time we visited the sax player Domingo remembered our names and played a song for us to dance to. A couples massage at the spa is of course necessary!

Sometimes ”scattered showers” on the Punta Cana weather forecast just means a passing shower with sun before and afterward. Best wishes for a great trip.

You will love it. The resort is big enough to have everything you might want but feels like an intimate community. You’ll be able to spend as much private time as you like while meeting great people too. Best wishes!

I will be there in 24 days, for our wedding renewal….I just can’t wait!!

Similar in style and quality, but ERC feels a little bit more intimate in size. Proximity to the Tulum ruins is a bonus.
