We have our trip planned for Excellence Riviera Cancun this December, very excited! We stayed at EPM two years ago and had a wonderful time. Im wondering if anyone has visited both resorts and whether they prefer one over the other. updated 6 months ago

I came across your Lip Dub YouTube video created by the staff – I loved it and shared it on my FB page. I’m in Mexico next week on an agent FAM and planning a site visit at your Riviera Cancun resort next week, looking forward to seeing it in person and meeting the staff too!!

We just got back from Excellence Riviera Cancun. We had a fantastic
time as usual…actually even more than before . We had the Excellence Club swim out room and the management totally gave us the royal treatment. It was my birthday and our anniversary so they gave us wonderful memories that we will never forget. We had been there before and it was really nice to see staff remember us and come up and welcome us back. We were wined and dined and relaxed by the pool and in the ocean and on the hammock outside our room. it was just a fabulous trip AGAIN. Thank you to Mr Jodi Mir, general mgr. and to Matias Tugores Assistant general mgr. for their wonderful kindness thoughts and gifts. We totally appreciated and enjoyed our stay.
Everyone should go and enjoy this resort because it has such a wonderful staff and facilities. The service and food were great, we have no complaints about the food or the drinks. They honored our special requests completely. Don’t hesitate to visit this wonderful resort.
