My wife & just returned from ERC. We were there from Jan. 24-31, 2012 and were thrilled with the whole week! Food Quality was terrific! Al-a-carte restaurants were worth the extra money and the lack of structure in regards to no reservations and writbands was a true holiday! The activity staff namely Louis, Danny and Angel were outstanding!!!! These guys do not get paid enough! If you like a layed back medium sized resort, Excellence is wicked…from quiet spots to louder ones they are all available here. I must finally mention Margarita who is extremely helpful on the Consierge Desk! We also enjoyed the Poker poolside! Go spend the extra bucks and enjoy!
