My husband planned our honeymoon as a complete surprise. I didn't know where the connection was until we arrived at the gate; I didn't know the destination until we arrived at the second gate. When I saw Cancun on the readerboard I still was unsure of where we were heading exactly. After the flight and rental car ride, passing through several gates, we arrived in heaven at Excellence Playa Mujeres. Oh-my-gosh was it a fantastic sight. Being greeted with a flute of bubbly and a damp towel was something I've never experienced before. The entire 10 night vacation was the epitome of paradise. Being there (in this adults only resort!) during Sept/Oct was the best as there were far less guests that other times of the years. I could go on and on about every single detail we indulged in. Needless to say I have been craving to return ever since, return to that magical hidden gem where we felt as though we were in a completely different world. Thank you Excellence!
