We have just enjoyed our 9th visit to EPM. It's simply just like returning to your own holiday home in the sun, only with the best staff you can imagine. It's so easy to return to this hotel time after time, the staff remember you and after 9 visits we now consider many of them to be really good friends. We stayed for Christmas and New Year for 21 nights (our 4th Christmas and New Year here), and it was every bit as special as previous festive visits. The amount of preparation that takes place and the attention to detail, to ensure that everyone is enjoying the facilities is incredible. Without doubt the highlight is NewYears eve, what a fantastic night. A credit to Virginia Amador and her excellent staff for putting on such an amazing spectacular event. After spending 133 day and nights at this hotel since it opened we can't wait for May to come round, as we will be returning to add another 18 nights on to our tally so far. Other hotels around the world need to learn from this brand they have it to perfection.
