I travel a few times a year and never write reviews, however I keep coming back to EPM. This was my fifth visit to EPM and second one this year. I have been there with my husband and on a "girls" trip. Although I enjoy the amazing rooms and accommodations, the great variety of restaurants for dinner(Chez Isabella, The Lobster House and Spice are my favorite), not having to the leave the pool or beach for lunch(the pizzas are delicious & so are the daily beach cook outs), and the nightly shows that are very entertaining. The main reason we keep coming back - is the Excellence Team! I cannot say enough about them! Every encounter with everyone is a positive one. Domingo was there to welcome us with a smile. The young man who helped us with our luggage (sorry- I think his name is Diego) always had a smile on his face every time I saw throughout the week. Carolina is fantastic! She is professional, outgoing, sweet, thoughtful and a Steeler fan :). Armando was polite and helpful. Adrian, Edwin and their team - Adele, Yeni,Carlos, and Enrique are charming, engaging and really a lot of fun! They clearly go above and beyond! They do an unbelievable job! The bartenders and the wait crew are incredibly attentive. Jose Luis, Victor, Fidel Angel were fantastic...Ceasar was a blast at the "middle bar" in evening. A huge thank you to the wonderful people there! I can't wait to visit again!
