My full review is on Trip Advisor; however we returned from our 4th visit at EPM last month; our 6th visit to Excellence resorts. Every single trip has been special and unique....we were there in the midst of a very stressful health issue ...and we were able to put it aside during our time at EPM. The service is outstanding at every level! The staff absolutely pampered us! Special thanks to Mr. Paz, Virginia, Chrystian, Sandra, Jesus G, Mariana and Israel for all our special care!
