This was our 2nd trip back to ERC within 5 months. We previously stayed in February on our honeymoon. Contacted the resort to request the same room as we had on our honeymoon & they were good enough to get it for us !! We met GM Jordi Mir & Guest Services Manager , Rosalia Maca. She went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & to let us know if we need anything, to just ask. Weather, food, drinks, pools, beach were all amazing , just like last time. The staff is great. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. Looking forward to our next trip back !!! Thank you again Rosalia !!!!!
