We stayed at ERC November 17-24, and this was our 10th stay at this great resort which takes care of all your needs, from the time you walk through the large wooden doors until you leave there is nothing this resort will not do for you. We requested and were placed in our favorite room and were treated with champagne and very beautiful flower arrangement. The sheer quality and amount of food on the breakfast and lunch buffets is amazing and the evening meals were really good. Some of the new improvements we noticed on this trip: 1)The Beach BBQ has a new covered area for eating (we have attached a photo). 2)We noticed some changes to the menus in the various restaurants, especially Agave. 3)We just love the new ice cream truck that comes around 12 noon with a different ice cream bar every day. 4)The new hot flat bread appetizer in Toscana. 5)The new crepes in the afternoon at Café Kafe’ are a nice addition. 6)More Mexican breakfast items on the buffet in Barcelona. 7)Love the fresh, cook to order, meat selections in Barcelona for lunch. 8)The Chocolate buffet the one day in the Excellence Club, muy bueno! 9)The evening hors d'oeuvres in the Excellence Club were outstanding this time. We have also noticed the growing list of multiple time returnees at ERC, most we have met now several times, and many new guests who are blown away by how nice the resort is compared to other resorts they have visited. The Entire Staff and all the Excellence Riviera Cancun employees once again provided us with another great vacation, you treat us so well, and make each and every trip so special and memorable and this is why we will return again and again.
