Just recently returned from an 8 day stay. Room was wonderful with a poolside swim up. Maid service was very good, we had a great time on our excursions, the staff was very welcoming and willing to do anything we needed. The service was awesome! Better than what I am used to despite the small language barriers we ran into. Restaurants were great. We had two meals that were less than perfect the whole trip but they were not horrible, just not the food we expected. Even with a picky eater we were satisfied at every meal! As past cruisers we were nervous staying at a resort but the stay was excellent!
