Once again, EPC Management and staff made our 6th stay unforgettable! Every year we note improvements. This year, we specifically appreciated: - the renovated suite, with redesigned shower, and restyled bed giving more space - strong improvements in the cuisine, with particular focus on deserts, and always the very kind service - specifically at the AGAVE Restaurant under José Louis' management - Bar: cocktails quality improved, and diversity enlarged (e.g. Mangocolada!) - Chez Isabelle / Agave restaurants, new features (lighting and flowers on the walls) bring an even warmer atmosphere. And, as usual, the widest, cleanest and most beautiful Beach in Uvero Alto!!! Thanks a lot to the Excellence Team, especially to Gabriel GARCIAS, the very dedicated Managing Director Nicolas, Reception Manager José, our Executive Chief creating every day a mouth-watering cuisine! Victor and Tomas, who make us believe we are the most important persons in the world! and to all the Excellent Excellence Team, MERCI.
