I cannot say enough good things about both this resort and ERC. The entertainment, the food, grounds, and most of all the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are part of their family. The entertainment staff this year at EPM (Edwin, Oscar, Andrea, and Caroline) were superior in making sure to seek you out and make you feel so welcome. Jessica and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but the two girls were there to greet us every morning at the breakfast buffet. Always with smiling faces and so happy to see us. This was our 3rd time to celebrate our anniversary with Excellence and I have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work Excellence you are so far above other resorts that I have stayed at. Be proud of what you are accomplishing!
