Just returned from our 3rd visit in 3 years at the Excellence Riviera Cancun - continues to be very clean and tidy. Staff are tremendous - welcoming, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, Food, drinks and entertainment fantastic - new entertainment on the beach and in the theatre add to the experience. Just booked our 4th trip. Congratulations to all staff and management.
