Once again, another fantastic stay at the Excellence Riviera Cancun! I can't praise this resort highly enough. Third time there, second time this year. If I could live there, I would! Only two things stopping me are money and the wife!!! I've probably said this in a past review but I'm gonna say it again. As much as we love the hotel itself, not to mention the weather, the real reason we keep going back are the staff. These are the friendliest people you are ever going to meet, anywhere! Nothing is ever too much trouble, they'll do whatever you ask to make your stay enjoyable. And everyone, from the gardeners to the restaurant staff to the shop staff and even the maintenance guys have a cheery "Hola" and a smile for you. What's more, its never feigned, always genuine. I'd like to take this opportunity to name a few staff in particular. Anyone else who's had contact with these will know just how special they are. Enrique, Ricardo, Ramon, Ana, Raquel, Benjamin, Paola, Marcel, Salvador, Antonio, Jesus. There were so many others but I didn't catch all their names! A very special "Thankyou" to Enrique and Ricardo for their gifts they gave us on our last day, they meant a lot to us. These guys, along with Ramone and Ana we consider our very special friends. We'll be back and hope to see you all soon. Until then, take care, we miss you already. A couple of other quick mentions, the live band "Jamboree" are great. They were there back in 2007 and thankfully are still playing in 2012. They made evenings especially enjoyable. And the guy serving liqueur coffees in the theatre. Didn't catch his name I'm afraid but what a star! To the management of the Excellence Riviera Cancun, you are doing everything right. Nothing could be better, don't change a thing. As for all the staff, you've hired the best! See you all again soon. Adios
