Thank you to all the staff at Excellence Riviera Cancun for making our second visit even better than the first. We loved the view from our requested room. It was very clean, restocked with plenty of towels, amenities, and refreshments daily. The arrival gifts were very much appreciated. We arrived 9 hours later than anticipated. The front desk staff was understanding and got us to our room quickly. Room service arrived promptly and was hot and delicious. We would especially like to mention Manager "Luca", who greeted us by name and always asked how we were doing. His stories made us feel like family. At the breakfast buffet, Juan always remembered how my husband liked his Bloody Mary. Erika, at the Martini Bar,always had a great drink to recommend to me and remembered my husband's favorites. Rosalia Maca made sure our check out went smoothly. We are looking forward to our next visit.
