Waiting for June 19th email reply
Hi, I sent an email to RivieraCancun@excellence-resorts.com on June 19 about my trip in August and have not heard back. Is the email address still good? Is there another email address I can forward my email to? I have sent emails before my past stays and gotten promote responses within 24-48 hours of my email. This is unusually long wait. Thank you,
