What a beautiful place !!! Memorable vacations
This was our first trip to Excellence Punta Cana, We loved it so much that we are planning another trip in April. We would like to thank all the staff but especially Julius and Marlon at the front desk, Victor and Abraham bell boys, Junior, Daceray, Alexandra, Rosemary, Jose and especially the Concierge people at the beach, Rafael, Antonio, Robert and especially Ines. Ricardo and the Club Lounge gave us an excellent service, I even gave him a big hug…… He changed our room in a wink, because as being older people we needed more quietness. Thank you so much. In naming these people, we are not forgetting the others who gave us terrific service. We were pampered all week. My sincere thanks goes to M. Roberto Puello who made sure that everything was ok. All this and the food and the ambiance made our trip the most memorable one. Please make sure that our thanks goes personally to these people. Good morning,
We are going back to Excellence this time for two weeks in October, we are soooo happy. As far as your walk out to the pool, we don’t know what is your tolerance to the noise, but one thing is that it is definitely more noisy than upper floors. We were at the Excellence Club, We first were on Section 10, main floor and we could hear people passing by at every hour of the day and night, so we asked for an upper floor that was far away from the crowd, not that we don’t like people but just because we like our quietness, so they changed us to Section 14. And this was done in a wink thanks to their good staff. A big smile and a tip goes a long way. Hope this answer your question. Have an excellent day!
Thanks for the info. I did ask for a room near the quiet pool. Although, now I’m thinking a room on an upper floor with an ocean view from the balcony would’ve been better. Oh well. We’ll see how noisy it is. Hopefully they will be accomodating if we want to change.
